Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

• Peaceful Planet ships all items within one day of receiving payment.
• You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
• Most products are shipped with USPS First class mail (1-7 days).
• Larger orders will get free USPS Priority Shipping.  (Juice Puree not included)
• Juice Puree is shipped UPS Ground. The Juice Puree is only shipped to the 48 contiguous states.

Returns:

If you wish to return a product, you may do so as long as you are returning an unopened and unused item unless item listing specifies differently. In order to return a product you must contact us within one week from the time you received your order.  Once we receive your item you will be refunded the total amount you paid for the item(s).

If there is a problem with your order like wrong product, wrong quantity, etc then please contact us as soon as you receive your package.
